California Pescavore Panzanella

 California Pescavore Panzanella

Pescavore Panzanella Ingredients

1 package of rice paper

1 package of your favorite Pescavore Tuna Jerky

1 medium cucumber, diced

1 lb cherry tomatoes, split in half

1/3 red onion, diced

6-8 basil leaves, sliced thin

1/2 ripe avocado, diced

1/4 olives (optional)

1/2 cup croutons

1-1/2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

1 Tbl White Balsamic or your favorite vinegar

Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste



Place all ingredients in a serving bowl. 

Toss well.
